Seafood HACCP Segment 2 training hosted by OSU in Astoria

OSU will be holding a Seafood HACCP Segment 2 training in Astoria. This is a one-day, hands-on course and will be held on Thursday, October 08, 2026 at the Duncan Law Building, Coho Room (2nd Floor), Oregon State University Seafood Lab, 2001 Marine Dr., Astoria, OR 97103.
Participants in this Seafood HACCP Segment 2 course will, upon successful completion, be emailed a Certificate of Course Completion from the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO) to demonstrate that they meet the training requirement of the FDA Seafood HACCP regulation.
